Qualifications to become a manufacturer's endorsed player include..........

4 must be a member of a facility with racquetball courts [dah!].
4 must play at two to three times per week.
4 in most cases, it is not absolutely mandatory for you to play tournaments.
4 facility should have a minimum of 10 active players.
4 player must play with your contracted manufacturer's racquet and wear at least the shorts, shoes, shirt [not all at the same time] when playing.
4 court etiquette must be disciplined - no swearing, no getting mad at players that "get in the way" or that do not exactly know the rules, etc.
4 should attend Team meetings whenever possible - about once per quarter.
4 does your club have a proshop that carries racquetball equipment?
4 once you join a Team, if you intend to teach, you must become 4 AmPro Certified. This certification guarantees your club's management that you "officially" know the game of racquetball and how to teach the game to novice/intermediate players.
4 player must organize and run a challenge court round robin event at least once per week.
4 player needs to offer club players the opportunity to participate in league play.
4 player must be friendly and gladly play players of all levels - from novice to advanced. In other words, lower your level of play when playing a beginner and be gracious when an advanced player kicks your butt.
4 As an entry level player, the majority of the team players' yearly contracts are NOT FREE - the investment is usually around $225. Once you establish and prove yourself to the Team Director, you may be eligible for an upgraded contract for the following year. This upgrade usually results in receiving free equipment. Most manufacturer's non-pay contracts have different levels. Please check with the Team Director for the particulars.

...you get the idea....we're not interested in how great you are as a player, but in how you conduct yourself as an ambassador to the sport. 4 Contact us any time if you wish to pursue this further and we'll put you in contact with manufacturer's Team leader of your choice.
